Return / Exchange Policy
Should it be necessary to return an item,
you may return it for a refund or exchange, excluding any shipping charges, within a period of 5 days.
To return an item you must call customer service for prior
approval and obtain a return authorization number. All merchandise purchased from MyWideAngleLens.com is sold in its original
factory packaging. Merchandise can be returned only if in original manufacturer's packaging, unopened and with all
documentation & instructions (restocking fee may apply).

Receiving Your Order
When you receive your order, please follow these guidelines:
1. Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise,
taking care not to damage the packaging.
2. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials, such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc.,
until you are sure you want to keep the merchandise.
3. Keep your Mywideangle.com invoice with your important records.
4. Read all instruction manuals before testing your equipment.
Warranty / Extended Warranty
MyWideAngleLens brand lenses come with a
90 day manufacturer's warranty. Most other
items sold by MyWideAngleLens.com are covered by a manufacturer's USA,
warranty. When the item has a manufacturer's warranty, and the warranty period has expired, calls for
service or repairs should be referred directly to the manufacturer or their authorized service centers.
